Origin and characteristics

Crassula multicava flowers

Our protagonist is a crass plant whose scientific name is Crassula multicava. It is native to South Africa, and reaches 15cm in height. The leaves are ovoid, bluish-green in color, and slightly tinged with red during the summer by sunlight. During spring it produces soft pink flowers. It is covering, which means that it can be used to cover dry surfaces, or to have in a pot.

Its maintenance is not complicated, since in addition it is resistant to both drought and light frost, so we sincerely believe that you should cultivate more than you do. And it is that, as if that were not enough, it does not have an invasive behavior.

After much searching for information on this plant ... I finally know what it's called. Several stems sprouted in one of my pots (I imagine the seeds came in the ground) already grown very beautiful. It still does not give flower but I am super happy to know its name and that it will give a beautiful flower. I really appreciate the information. Greetings from Mexico.
