Grevillea banksii

All the Grevillea They are very curious flower bushes, as you can see in the image. With a height of 3 meters, and evergreen leaves similar to those of yew trees, will grow wonderfully in temperate gardensIt can also withstand high temperatures (35ºC) as long as the substrate is moist, but not flooded.

Rosebush

Rosebush

What to say about the roses? They are the flowering shrubs par excellence. Lovers of humidity, they will give a lot of life to any corner. The only thing they need is a lot of light (preferably direct), and humidity. You have them mini, ideal for potting, or those with a tall size, which can grow up to a meter in height.

callistemon

Callistemon citrinus

Callistemon citrinus

El callistemon It is a large shrub or tree that can be 5 meters high. It has evergreen leaves, and very pretty red flowers that appear during the summer. It is not demanding in terms of soil, but it must be taken into account that it does not withstand very low temperatures. But that's not a problem: during the colder months, when the temperature drops below 5 degrees below zero, you can have it decorating the interior of your home.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus

We finished with Hibiscus, some bushes with multicolored flowers. Depending on the variety, it can have lilac, red, pink, orange, yellow ... Anyway, there are many colors! And it can be really difficult to choose one. In fact, I recommend the following: if you like a few, combine them. You will see how good it looks! During the summer and until almost the end of autumn, you can enjoy them. The only downside is that they don't like the cold very much: temperatures below 2 degrees below zero can cause serious damage. But, as in the case of the Callistemon, they can be kept indoors in the winter.

Do you know any other flowering shrubs?
