There are many herbs that produce beautiful flowers, as is the case with the species tuberaria guttata. Although it is annual, that is, it germinates, grows, blooms, bears fruit and dies in just one year, it is interesting to have it as a potted plant on the terrace or in the garden.

Its small size is ideal for creating compositions with it, or to be able to enjoy it alone. Discover it.

It is an annual herb native to the Mediterranean region, Portugal, Ireland, Great Britain, Holland, Germany and Bulgaria. Grows to a height of between 5 and 50cm, with stems covered by villi. Leaves sprout from these, the basal ones being elliptical to obovate, and the upper ones having hairs. The inflorescences, which sprout in spring-summer, are terminal, and are formed by flowers 1-2cm in diameter whose petals are yellow.

It has a rapid growth rate; not in vain, it only has a few months to flower and leave its seeds before drying out.
