Flowers of Justice carnea

La Meaty justice It comes mainly from Ecuador, Brazil and Colombia. It is a tropical plant that, unfortunately, does not resist frost or cool temperatures. But that is not a big problem, since we can place it inside our home, in a very bright room and where it can be protected from drafts so that its leaves do not suffer. When the good weather returns and the mercury in the thermometer does not drop below 15ºC, we can take it outside and place it, for example, on the terrace where the sun does not shine directly.

Another option for the hot months is plant it with the pot in the garden, making a hole big enough so that it can fit well, put shading mesh and then place the pot and fill the hole with soil. In this way, we can show off our plant for much of the year. When it is cool again, we can extract it without problem.
