If you want to have a water garden, you can know some secrets of these plants that are very particular due to the environment in which they live.

Today we will dedicate ourselves to Lily, some difficult to grow specimens that hold some secrets. If you want to have them in your green space, you can place them in containers at the bottom of a pond. How to do it?

Well, the first thing is to take a basket and line it with a half shade to avoid losing the substrate. Once covered, it is time to fill the box with the appropriate substrate for these types of plants. You should cover to the top edge of the basket.

The next step is the fertilizer and it is necessary to add three teaspoons of one that is to Lily. Place it on a paper napkin, then seal it into an envelope and bury it at the edges of the basket and away from the neck of the plant so that the roots seek the nutrient and thus spread. Then cover the fertilizer with the substrate.

There are different varieties of water lilies, the perennials should be placed on the edge of the basket and with the apex pointing towards the center as they grow horizontally. Instead, tropical water lilies they must be planted in the center as they grow upwards.

Once the plant is placed in the container, place more substrate around it and then cover the entire substrate with stones to prevent it from slipping out once in the pond. Place in a container at the bottom of the pond at a depth of between 40 and 60 cm.
