Reaches a height of 7-10 meters, with simple leaves and the edge finally toothed. The flowers, which sprout in spring, are small, 1,5cm, white. The fruit is oval in shape with a smooth texture, with a greenish-yellow pulp, and a skin that ranges from blue to indigo.
