El sedum multiceps It is one of those non-cacti or succulent plants that are shaped like a miniature shrub. Its leaves form very beautiful rosettes, so much so that it seems that they have to be artificial, although of course they are not.

It is often used as an accent plant, which are those plant beings that accompany bonsai on display stands. But it is that in addition to being beautiful, it is very easy to care for. Do we know it?

Origin and characteristics

Our protagonist is a crass plant native to Algeria whose scientific name is sedum multiceps. Reaches a height of about 15 centimeters, and has an upright bearing, it has the appearance of a shrub or tree. The leaves are lanceolate, green, and thin, less than 0,5cm wide. The flowers are light yellow. The stems are brown, and its root system is rather superficial.

Its growth rate is quite fast, but as it is small it can always be grown in a pot or in succulent compositions throughout its life.
