All the hatiora They are very popular cacti plants for the beauty of their flowers and for how easy it is to grow them, since unlike desert cacti, they have somewhat higher water needs. As if that weren't enough, they do well in partially shaded areas, so they can be had even indoors with light.

If you want to know how to take care of them, then I will tell you all about them.

They are native Brazilian cacti belonging to the genus Hatiora (formerly Rhipsalidopsis). They are epiphytic plants (that grow on trees) or lithophytes (on stones, rocky mountains, etc.), with stems that are divided into flat or cylindrical segments up to 5 centimeters long. At first they grow vertical, but then they become hanging.

The flowers are symmetrical, bell-shaped, and are composed of yellow, pink, or red petals. The fruits are small and contain brown or black seeds 1mm long.
