Would you like to grow your own food but you don't have a garden? If so, I encourage you to grow celery, since you can have it both in a pot and in the ground. In addition, it is a plant that, even if you do not have much experience, it will only need minimal care to grow.

Preparing the material
Before proceeding to sowing, it is important prepare everything we will need. In this way, it will be an even more rewarding task that will take us less time. In this case, we will use:
- SeedsThey can be purchased at nurseries or garden stores. It is highly recommended to place them in a glass with water to hydrate them, thus accelerating their germination.
- Hotbed: it can be a flowerpot, milk containers, glasses of yogurt, peat bars ... whatever we prefer at that time. The only thing to keep in mind is that the excess water must be able to come out somewhere.
- Substratum: as celery is not demanding, we can use black peat mixed with perlite in equal parts, or buy a specific substrate for seedlings.
- Watering can with water: of course, after each sowing or transplant, you have to water.
- Sunny location: for our seedlings to have an optimal development, it is convenient that we place them in full sun.

Planting celery
Sowing is a wonderful experience, especially when you know that of those seeds you will get an excellent harvest. To sow celery, proceed as follows:
- Fill almost completely the seedbed with the substrate that we have prepared.
- Place a maximum of two seeds on each one, and cover them with a little soil.
- Finally, we will water and we will place it in an area where the sun's rays reach it directly.
In a matter of a few days they will germinate.
