Speaking of nettle, how do we manage to put it raw in our mouths without nettle?

      Hello Andrea.
Very good question, but it has an answer 🙂: with gloves, you take the leaf by the petiole (the stem that connects it to the branch), you insert it without releasing it in a container with water, and you shake strongly. Thus, the stinging liquid will come out, leaving the blade completely harmless. Anyway, to be sure, when you remove it from the water, observe its stinging hairs with a magnifying glass.
      A greeting.
